Message from the Office APPROVED VILLAGE BUDGETS 2010-2011
Village Taxes are due by July 1, 2010 without penalty and there is a secure drop box available located in the hallway outside of the Village Office for your convenience when the office is closed. The payment and penalty schedule is as follows:

Responsibilities of the Clerk/Treasurer The responsibilities of Clerk are custody of books and records, responsibility for minutes, local legislation, order to pay claims, transmitting funds, production of books and records, notice of defects, and oaths of office. The Village maintains the following government funds: General Fund, Special Revenue Funds including Water Fund, Sewer Fund, and Community Development Fund, Trust & Agency Fund, Capital Funds, General Fixed Assets and General Long Term Debt Account Groups, and Debt Service Fund. My staff consists of Donna Lothridge and Barb Sturick, both Deputy Clerk/Treasurers. Terry Edwards retired on May 31, 2010 and will be missed by everyone who has worked with her for the past seven years at the Village of Minoa!
