"I am honored to serve as your Trustee. I was first elected to the Village Board in 1970 and served two two-year terms thru 1974. Subsequently, I was elected in 1992 and continue to serve our community.

My wife Laura and I have been married for 45 years and have lived in Minoa for the past 43 years at 235 McKinley Street where we raised our three children, Rhonda, David and Ronald II.

I believe in being active in our community and accomplished that by having held many offices for the Methodist Church on East Avenue and also working with Heaven's Pantry along with my wife Laura.

Currently I am a member of the New York Conference of Mayors and the Onondaga County Association of Mayors and Village Officials.

I will do everything I can as your Trustee to see that Minoa maintains its current small village atmosphere where we all belong to one large family."

Responsibilities: Wastewater Treatment Plant, Department of Public Works (including Garbage Pickup, Disposal and Recycling), Minoa Library, Animal Control Officer, Heaven's Pantry, Golden Age, Emergency Disaster Preparedness.

"Born in Syracuse May 29, 1952, and a resident of Minoa since January 1979 with my wife Bridget (married June 10,1978), and three children, Colleen, Michael and Daniel. My current occupation is as a sole proprietor of my own company, Edmond J Theobald Financial Services, where I have served clients in the Insurance and Financial industries since 1977.

I have been involved with the community in many different areas, beginning with St. Mary's Church as a lector, commentator, and cantor, a member of the parish council as Vice President, and President, as well as co-chairman for our annual fundraiser called Summerfest. I have served as a coach and referee for various sports for more than 17 years with ESM Youth Sports (formerly MKAA), as a board member for 5 years as Vice President and Director of Officials, and a current recipient of the George Rees Memorial Award.

I currently serve on the Town of Manlius Police Committee as the Police Commissioner for the Village of Minoa. I am also a current member of NYCOM (New York State Conference of Mayors), and Onondaga County Association of Mayors and Village Officials.

Since I was elected Village Trustee in March 2004, we have seen the completion of some major projects, such as the new Municipal Building which was accomplished in a fiscally responsible manner. I believe the key to continue moving forward successfully with our current projects and those on the horizon is through open communication with our residence. I welcome your comments and suggestions on any subject that is of concern to you.

Responsibilities: Police Commissioner Representative, Assisting Trustee Ron Cronk with the Waste Water Treatment Facility, Celebrations (Memorial Day Parade, Tree Lighting, Minoa Days Festival, Candle Glow, etc.), Energy Audit & Analysis, Employee Handbook, ESM Youth Sports, and liaison to the Business Community.
