Our curbside pick-up is accomplished on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week unless a holiday falls on one of those days and if so, the schedule moves up a day.
The DPW is staffed by Superintendent Tom Petterelli, life long Village resident, Jim Landry, Foreman, and a multi-talented full time crew consisting of Ray Edwards, Joe Abbott, Dan Palma, Mike Murnane, Assistant Foreman, Mark Nicholson, Lance Stolp, Mechanic, and two part-time employees who work our trash and curbside collection. In addition, the Village employs two high school or college students for approximately ten weeks in the summer and winter school breaks to assist the DPW staff.
If you need assistance, please call Tom Petterelli, DPW Superintendent at (315) 656-7574.
Trash and yard waste and miscellaneous debris should be in compliance with the curbside collection policy. Just a reminder, trash and yard waste are better left in piles near the road instead of rows. Do not put yard waste in plastic or garbage bags and do not place in the roadway.
